I have had the pleasure of working with Carrie Piercy, Registered Nurse, for several years, and I can confidently say that she is one of the most dedicated and compassionate nurse care managers I’ve ever encountered. Her commitment to her clients and their families goes far beyond what is expected—she treats every individual with the same level of care, respect, and attention she would give to her own loved ones.
What truly distinguishes Carrie is her deep and thorough understanding of the medical and healthcare system. She knows how to navigate the complexities of insurance, hospital systems, home care, rehabilitation services, and long-term care planning with exceptional skill. She is not only knowledgeable but also strategic—helping families make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary stress or delays in care.
Carrie is a true advocate. She listens closely, asks the right questions, and ensures that her clients’ voices are heard by healthcare providers and support teams. She’s not afraid to push for what’s right, and she does so with professionalism, clarity, and compassion.
Families working with her find not just a care manager, but a trusted guide and unwavering support during what are often challenging and emotional times. Her presence brings comfort, clarity, and confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with genuine heart. Her work truly makes a difference.
Thinking back, it’s hard to believe Carrie Piercy came into our lives just about a year ago. There is so much water under that bridge, it feels like we’ve known each other for a lifetime. I was given her name from an administrator while we were working to get a family member into that facility. Carrie originally came in to help with the transition for his care and consequently, the care of his wife. He, struggling with dementia as well as physical challenges, his wife dealing with aggressive cancer.
Carrie helped with every aspect of the crazy we were dealing with. She provided counseling to both, she provided guidance with medications, with adjusting to husband and wife in different care facilities, with coping with the challenges not only they faced, but we, as the family trying to help faced.
As time progressed and her relationships progressed, we depended on her to take them to doctor visits, physical therapy, acting as their advocate and keeping the family updated on changes. She spent many hours in the ER talking to doctors, explaining situations as they progressed. There were days when she went from one ER to the next as both landed in different hospitals. The family was overwhelmed, and she became a lifeline for all of us.
She took on the wife’s mother, who was in her 90s, and needed more support as time and her daughter’s situation worsened. Again, helping with simple things like putting compression socks on, while evaluating the mom and letting us know how she was handling situations.
I am trying to be respectful of the family’s privacy, so I am skirting details. As of today, we have lost his wife and her mom, both a few months apart this year, 2025. He is holding his own and we are no longer in need of Carrie’s services.
Words cannot express how valuable she has been to our family over this last year. You cannot fathom the amount of help she was with our family in a year that was beyond emotional and stressful. She provided help and support in areas I didn’t even know we needed help. We were too overwhelmed to see those details. But she knew, she acted, she handled, and supported all of us.
I miss her.
Carrie has been helping me recover from an accident for several weeks, and I couldn't be more blessed than to have her help me through tough times. Setting progress goals that are realistic and at your pace, and with very positive results!
She's always available in an emergency, and carefully monitors your progress. When something doesn't work, she will make suggestions for a different approach.
Carrie communicates very well with others in the medical profession (doctors, nurses, etc..) to get the right care for you.
She has a very pleasant personality, and she's a joy to be around, yet she is very cognizant about your time and resources, and sticking to business.
Carrie is the right choice!
My son, who lives out of the country, got a great recommendation about Carrie and he contacted her about services. Carrie met with me while I was in a nursing home. She got the ball rolling so I could go home safely.
Carrie has coordinated all of my care at home and handles everything for me that I’d only trust a family member to do.
I feel safe with Carrie in my life. I trust her explicitly.
We see each other weekly. She does all of my medications for me and takes me to all of my appointments. I request that Carrie is always with me at my appointments because it make me feel better having her and she remembers everything for me and makes sure things get done.
I enjoy her company immensely.
Carrie is kind and charismatic.
I am elated to have her in my life!
Carrie was truly a gift to us! She coordinated provider appointments, facilitated dialogues with providers, assisted with researching health care facilities, managed medications, assisted with transportation and shopping, and so much more for two members of our family. For the remainder of the family she provided counseling and allowed us to get some much needed rest. I fully trust Carrie. She is confident, self-motivated, organized and caring. I can't say enough wonderful things about her!
Until I met Carrie, navigating my dad’s care after moving him to an assisted living facility was becoming more and more difficult as his needs increased. With her invaluable experience in nursing and case management she advocated for him and was able to ensure that his needs were being met and that his care was optimized. She is genuinely concerned about her client’s wellbeing. I will be forever greatful for her services.
I highly recommend Carrie Piercy as a nurse health care manager—she is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Her resourcefulness and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to any family.
